PMC Group is a Melbourne-based property developer and builder that specialises in developing large, new-built residential properties in Melbourne’s more affluent inner-middle southern and eastern suburbs.
We also work with clients who wish to develop a property but lack the time and skills to undertake the project. We provide an expert, integrated development/building service to transform a site, parcel of land or existing property into a new residential property, such as a large family home, townhouses, units or apartments.

A Passion for Residential Properties
PMC Group was established in 2006 by Chris Helou, who was later joined by his brother, Chad Helou, who came on board as site manager.
PMC Group pursues Chris Helou’s passion for residential property development. Over the past 10 years and more than 50 developments, PMC has established its reputation as an innovative boutique developer for spacious, energy efficient and luxuriously appointed family homes. We take pride in the beautiful homes we create and are committed to honesty, integrity and attention to detail in our work.
Chris Helou is PMC’s director, registered builder and project manager. He has more than 16 years of experience in the project management and construction of commercial and residential buildings.
After graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Computing, he worked with major builders Construction International Group, Multiplex and Transfield as a project manager and project engineer, responsible for multimillion-dollar building projects in Hong Kong, Melbourne and Sydney.
As site manager, Chad Helou is responsible for day-to-day management on our building projects. He has more than 20 years of experience as a construction industry site manager. Scheduling, quality and safety on site are crucial aspects of his role; his goal is to complete every job on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
